Order Turn-Around: Bad Horsie is open 24 hours 7 days a week. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours during business days, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, we do ship on Saturday's. Sunday and Holiday's are not considered a business day by Bad Horsie. Rarely do we have a back order, but if that's the case we will contact you right away and you can choose to wait, substitute or get a refund for that item. But seriously, we don't forsee a reason to ever have a "back order" status on your order! This aint' ebay :-) |
